The culture industry concept is a thesis proposed by Adorno and Horkheimer of the Frank
furt school.The modern view of mass culture is that there is a single marketplace in which the best of most popular works succeed.X Factor is a prime example of the cult industry which the public seem to thrive on. This all refers to the various businesses that produce,distribute,market or sell products that belong categorically in creative arts which the record company Syco records uses for the winners of X factor to be signed becoming a huge part of the cult industry.
